On March 5 in Bologna at restaurant Fourghetti chef Bruno Barbieri will surprise us with a menu combined with our wines Valpolicella Superiore Sant'Urbano, Amarone vigneto Monte Sant'Urbano vintages 2011 and 2005, and Recioto della Valpolicella.
